A pre-requisite for the PADI Rescue Course, the Emergency First Responder (EFR) course takes 1 day and is taught in a relaxing way to maximise your learning. Everything you need is included, there are no hidden costs.

You will practice CPR, mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and other valuable skills (First Aid) that can be applied in every day life. We also offer free of charge as an added benefit, how to use an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator), which is the only AED training provided in Cambodia. The course is conducted using video and written materials and at Scuba Nation PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre an experienced EFR Instructor will demonstrate the skills on a manikin then the emphasis is on practice by the individual under the direct supervision of the EFR Instructor. How much does it cost?

This fee is the only fee and can be paid by Credit Card (CC) and of course in the ever acceptable US$ cash. Banks in Sihanoukville and Phnom Penh can also do ATM and CC withdrawals.

PADI Scuba Diving Tips of The Day » Once you are certified, take it slowly at first. There is a whole world of exciting diving from coral reefs in the Caribbean to shipwrecks in Lake Superior. Remember your instructor is a scuba fanatic, guess what they do on their days off? Yes, they go diving, and yes they invite you to hang out and dive with them. Diving with good divers will provide good examples to follow, plus your instructor can also offer additional skills in peak buoyancy, photography.....fun stuff.
